Carrie DeMont

Since her first daughter was born in 2005, Carrie has been teaching swimming lessons and creating the DeMont Family Swim School. Her passion is creating positive work cultures, and she is always looking for ways to elevate her team. She has been asked to speak about company culture at Vistage events, for the United States Swim School Association National Conferences, and in Australia at the ASCTA conference. Carrie believes her personal mission is to share kindness, generosity, and gratitude to others so that all people feel successful, included, and important.
