Most founders are not stuck because of strategy.

The world tells us to power through, to keep going, to do it all independently. Delegation often feels like climbing Everest. Investing in support feels indulgent. Asking for help feels selfish. So we carry everything, tough it out and call it leadership.

I reject that.

We often create our own suffering through the stories we tell ourselves. "I should handle this." “I can do it on my own.” “I don’t want to be a burden to anyone else.” These stories keep us overworked, isolated, and quietly breaking under the weight of our own expectations.

What if the truth is simple?
