Kendra Walker

Kendra Walker began her career with Emler Swim School in the early 1990s as a part-time swim instructor, working alongside founder Jan Emler during the company's growth from a single school to nine locations. Following the company's sale in 2015, Kendra reinvested with the new ownership team as Emler expanded to 34 locations, and she continues to serve under Morgan Stanley ownership as Vice President of Launch Operations. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles including Swim Instructor, Deck Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Launch Operations. For more than a decade, Kendra has partnered with architects, contractors, and operations teams to develop, build, and launch new swim schools across the United States, helping bring Emler's mission of water safety to more families.
