Nikki Miller

Nikki Miller is the founder of Academy Swim Club, with two locations in Santa Clarita, California. She has owned a swim school since 1977, starting with traveling-to-home backyard pools and expanding to commercial locations, using hotels and a college pool in between. She was a collegiate springboard diver and has simultaneously been head coach for six high school dive teams, leading several first year divers to CIF finals, placing in the top three.

She has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1985, was a National and International Child Play Therapy Supervisor, was the CEO of Miller, Geidel & Associates, and served on several boards of directors.

She has been a US Swim School board member, Aquatic Safety Awareness (ASAP) board member, past speaker at the World Aquatic Babies Congress in both Melbourne & Oaxaca, and a regular speaker at the US Swim School Association.
