Tracy Koleber

Tracy Koleber is co-owner of Nitro Swimming, where she leads operational strategy and has helped build the systems, standards, and teams that support the organization’s growth and day-to-day operations. With a background in finance, administration, and business management, Tracy brings a practical, business-focused perspective to the challenges of running and scaling a swim school. A longtime leader within the United States Swim School Association, Tracy served seven years on the Board of Directors, including two years as Vice President and two years as President. She currently chairs USSSA’s Government and Industry Affairs Committee, where she works on legislative and regulatory issues, safety standards, and industry best practices affecting swim schools nationwide. She is passionate about helping swim school owners build stronger, safer, and more sustainable businesses.
