Ann Marie Sunderhaus

Ann Marie Hubbard Sunderhaus has been part of the Hubbard Family Swim School (HFSS) since its founding in 1998 and has played an integral role in the company's growth and development. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees operations across four HFSS locations and three Camp Hubbard summer camp locations. She partners with the General Managers to support operational excellence, human resources, leadership development, and business processes. Ann Marie is the second oldest of the eight Hubbard children. She and her husband, Pat, who serves as the Regional Manager of Hubbard Family Swim School, have four children.
